This session will take a look at what gets in the way of building quality relationships. We will focus on what our intentions are for collaboration and facilitation, how we need to be in order for these intentions to become reality, and what tends to get in the way. Finally, participants will be given several powerful strategies that can be used immediately to build relationships, increase equity, and strengthen facilitation skills.
